Cala Rossa
Set in a rocky bay of intense blue sea and with a scenic backdrop of square rocks in calcarenite – heritage of the ancient work of extraction – Cala Rossa is the queen of the coves of Favignana, considered by travellers one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
This cove from the bewitching colours is found on the northern side of the island, to 4 Km from the inhabited centre, attainable from a long descent, in part to steps, not entirely easy.
