Coves
In Levanzo every cove is a place to discover and live intensely, immersed in the beauty of nature.
On the southern side of the island there is Cala Dogana, the pebble cove loved by families and close to the port, set in a postcard landscape of white houses and small fishing boats; to the south-east there is the famous Cala Minnola where the sea takes on different shades of green and blue always brilliant with the seabed enriched by archaeological finds dating back to the Punic Wars, while to the south-west there is the wonderful Cala Faraglione, where the natural stacks make it a unique place to experience the sea.
For nature lovers Cala Fredda offers a rugged and wild natural landscape to enjoy from its waters or lying on its stones and sand that cover it, along with Cala Tramontana, on the northern coast of the island, surrounded by cliffs that are reflected in its crystal clear waters. Cala Calcara, on the eastern coast of the island, offers wonderful backdrops in which to dive to discover species of exceptional marine fauna and flora.
Finally, the cliff of Capo Grosso houses a striking lighthouse that looks with its beam of light is Trapani and Marettimo.
