EricèNatale involves, in all senses, thanks to the majestic spectacle of warm and lively lights, accompanied by magical Christmas sounds, unforgettable events and original attractions. Wrapped in the fog in new, sparkling garments, a series of events take place: the evocative path of nativity scenes, the international exhibition of popular music and instruments ‘Bagpipes from the World’, the New Year's Eve with midnight fireworks in the Piazza, travelling shows, concerts, films and many animations dedicated to children.
Creativity and craftsmanship come together and take shape in the nativity scenes on display in the village. The list of nativity scenes in Erice is full of authentic masterpieces: one of the smallest nativity scenes in the world, the majestic and ever-renewed monumental mechanical nativity scene with dozens of moving characters; there is no shortage of stops and visits to churches to explore the theme of the Nativity and other related traditions.
