Grillo is a grape variety with different “souls” and facets, with a fruit characterised by intense sweetness and acidity. A versatile grape, shaped by the climate, the soil, the tending of the vineyard and the cellar traditions.
These characteristics lie at the heart of the success of the white wine produced from this variety, one of the most interesting on the Sicilian wine scene today.
Grillo is also the most suitable variety for the production of Marsala, thanks to its multifaceted personality.
